啊。我的SM025经常在我的院子里绊倒GFI。今天早上快到6点的时候,我放了一块8号左右的牛腩。肉的温度是42华氏度,烟枪的温度是77华氏度。在肉放进去几分钟后,我检查了一下烟机,以确保它还在冒烟。然后我回到床上睡了几个小时。当我早上9点半回来时,停电了。我怀疑它发生得很快(应该一直呆到它一直升温……啊)。不管怎样,肉的温度已经达到了70度(而盒子里是79度)。 If I can get the smoker going, is the meat safe anymore or do I need to chuck it? Am guessing it won't be done in time for the guests even if good, but would still have it for another day / give it away if ok. That said, don't want to get anyone sick. Thanks for any thoughts here.
